When I get a call to do a newborn shoot, something within me lights up. No newborn is the same. No matter the similarities between one and the last one I took pictures of, there is a difference between them. Each is a special new , God-given, life that I feel blessed to meet. Each little face is amazing to me as I stare at the intricate details about each baby that makes him/ her who they are. This little beauty captured my heart. She was to say the least, perfect. Meet Isabella.

CALDWELL...ITS A WEDDING!

I had the WONDERFUL privlage of shooting the Johnson/Caldwell wedding back in December..... turns out Vanessa and I lived one street away for 2 years and we didn't even know it. Her family is just wonderful, sweet people! It was a wonderful day, and a beautiful ceremony. They are a pleasure to be around and I look forward to working with them in the future.. when the little caldwell babies start rolling around (huh vanessa? ;-)

Oh the Places Caleb will Go

Well, this is a shoot I will NEVER forget, for multiple reasons! I had just left the dermatologist prior to this shoot... I had a procedure done right near my eye which left my eye numb and hard to open and close on command. THEN on my way to the shoot my car runs out of gas, leaving me to run back and forth to a gas station to fill up my car. Spilling gas online all over myself, I finally make it to the shoot where I looked and smelled like a wreck. THANK goodness these sweet people are friends of my husbands, and I knew I could redeem myself at some other point, lol. BUT we got some great shots of an adorable little man!
